The first step in the home buying process is to find an agent you feel comfortable with and you trust and then you get pre-approved for a mortgage. Your agent may even have some good recommendations for you.  This involves finding an agent who will take the time to have an in-person or virtual consultation with you going over your desires, your criteria and asking you questions getting to know you and then you meeting with a lender to determine how much you can borrow and what type of loan options are available to you.

On closing day, you'll sign all the necessary paperwork to finalize the purchase of the home. This includes signing the mortgage documents, transferring ownership of the property, and paying any remaining closing costs. Once everything is signed and funds are disbursed, you'll receive the keys to your new home.  On this special day, I will be calling you with the great news and we meet at your new home and I have the special honor handing over your keys to your new home.
